Boardwalk Realty was founded by Jack and Haley Epps.

Haley is a licensed realtor in both Kansas and Missouri and is a member of the Kansas Real Estate Association. Haley grew up in Overland Park, Kansas and graduated from Blue Valley North High School. She graduated from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida and came back to Kansas City after receiving a job working under Jan Meyers, a local representative. After working on the political campaign, Haley worked two years as the head of marketing and membership, and assistant to the legal director for the Builders' Association of Kansas City and the Associated General Contractors of Kansas City.

After working in real estate for a year with City Properties, in 1996, she helped launch The Spalitto Company with Sandy Spalitto, a prominent Johnson County land and real estate specialist. Haley spent eleven years co-brokering the successful Spalitto Company.

Jack Epps is general counsel to Boardwalk Realty. Jack graduated from Shawnee Mission West as well as Kansas State where he obtained both a Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration. He received his law degree from Kansas University and Jack has practiced law for fifteen years specializing in business and real estate transactions for Polsinelli Law Firm. Jack provides counsel on an as-needed basis in regard to negotiation strategies and contracts for Boardwalk Realty.
